Once arriving guests have retrieved their luggage from the airport’s baggage claim, they can call the hotel from the hotel kiosk near the baggage claim or dial the hotel at 619.239.4500, and the hotel operator will direct the guest towards the appropriate waiting area. Guests should expect to wait no longer than 20 minutes.
For return trips to the airport, you must sign up with a bellman/front desk agent one day prior to your departure. Shuttles leave every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour beginning at 5:00 a.m.

Hotel self parking is located just before the main entrance under the hotel. Please note that attendees who park in any self parking lots are not able to have their charges billed to the master account.
