Connecting Leadership and Communities

The 2008 Leadership Summit in Orlando, Florida, offers senior managers and Certified Economic Developers (CEcDs) three days of high-level networking, professional development, and insight from thought-provoking speakers on the role of partnerships between economic development leaders and the communities with whom they work. The acclaimed roundtable discussions will also be returning for a second year.

Susanne Dirks, Leader of the Global Centre for Economic Development of IBM’s Institute for Business Value will unveil her latest research report – “Economic Development in a Rubik’s Cube World: How To Turn Global Trends into Local Prosperity” – at Tuesday morning's general session.
