Conference Fees

Please note: Members of the Illinois Development Council and New York State Economic Development Council are eligible for the IEDC Member rate.

IEDC Member registering:

  • Before March 31: $635
  • Between April 1 - August 15: $720
  • After August 16: $895

    Nonmember registering:

  • Before March 31: $785
  • Between April 1 - August 15: $870
  • After August 16: $1045

    Registration Discounts

    Please note: The discounts detailed below do not apply to spouses or guests.


    First Time Attendee Discount
    First time attendees receive a 5% discount off of basic registration. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

    Group Discount
    IEDC offers a 10% discount off the basic registration for groups of four or more full registrants employed by the same organization. The discount does not apply to guests, dinners, workshops, tours, other special events or one-day registrations. To receive discounts, registration from ALL members of the group must be submitted at the same time. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

  • Combined Annual Conference/Professional Development Course Discount
    Register for both the Annual Conference and one of it's accompanying training courses and save 15% off of your total fees. The deadline to take advantage of this discount is September 12, 2005. Individuals must register for both events at the same time to qualify for the discount. Payment must accompany registration forms. This discount applies only to the basic conference registration fee. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

    Special IEDC Annual Conference/Membership Offer
    If you register for the Annual Conference and join IEDC before September 27th, 2005, you will save 10% on your membership fee. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

     

    Cancellation Policy

    Substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received prior to IEDC close of business September 14, 2005 will be refunded following the conference less a $75 processing fee or may be credited to a future IEDC event. There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations after September 14, 2005 or for non-attendance at the conference. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail, fax or email to Earnestine Jones. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
