Please note: Online pre-registration is now closed. Delegates wishing to register for the IASP 2009 World Conference should download a hard copy registration (see below), complete it and fax it to (919) 549-8246. We will receive registrations forms by fax through 12 midnight (Eastern Standard Time), Thursday, May 28, 2009.

Faxed registrations forms will be processed onsite and will be ready for your arrival; however, we will be unable to send a confirmation of receipt in advance. After Friday, May 28th, please register on-site at the conference. Payment for on-site registration must be made either by credit card or US Currency. Please note: IEDC Members will receive the Affiliate Organization rate. When registering as an IEDC member or IEDC Non-member, please use Organization Code, IEDC (code is case-sensitive).

Refund Terms/Conditions

• Substitutions will be accepted at any time.

• All registered attendees cancelling their registration will be charged a US $95 processing fee.

• Cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (919) 549-8246 or email to valdecanas@rtp.org. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.

• Cancellations received in writing on or before May 15, 2009, will be refunded (less processing fee).

• No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after May 15, 2009.
