Obtaining CEcD accreditation rewards practitioners who have met demanding requirements for professional experience, education and test-proven economic development knowledge.
Economic development organizations may earn IEDC's accredited status by participating in a rigorous peer assessment program. Those organizations achieving accredited status earn recognition in their own communities and by the economic development industry as best-in-class models.
