Todd Larson
Todd Larson has been involved in community and economic development, as well as state and local governments for more than four decades. He was Executive Director of the North Little Rock Economic Development Corporation and now serves as the city’s Development Director. Mr. Larson is a member of the Arkansas Economic Developers and the Metroplan Regional Planning Advisory Committee. Mr. Larson also serves on the Six Bridges Capital Corporation (a subsidiary of the Arkansas Capital Corporation) Board of Directors, and is on several non-profit organizations Boards of Directors.
Mr. Larson helped establish and was the first Director of the North Little Rock Department of Commerce and Government Relations where he served for nearly a decade. While in that position, he was a founding member of the non-profit North Little Rock Economic Development Corporation and later became its first Executive Director. Mr. Larson was a founding member and a current Director of the Metro Little Rock Alliance, an award winning regional economic development organization. In state government, he was Assistant to the Director of the former Department of Local Services. He has worked in regional planning and development at both the West Central Arkansas and Western Arkansas Planning and Development Districts. Mr. Larson has Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Administration degrees from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. He is a licensed Arkansas real estate broker with over a decade of property management experience.
