Adam Grinold is the Executive Director of the Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation where he helps connect businesses with talent and people with opportunities.  In this role Adam has led retention and expansion projects in Windham County that have helped retain and create over 850 jobs since 2017.  An early leader in regional employer-driven workforce development, Adam is passionate about helping design and implement tomorrow’s workforce system to build a thriving economy for the Windham Region, and the state of Vermont.  A member of the Vermont State Workforce Development Board since 2017, Governor Scott appointed Adam as Chair in 2019. Adam has served as a trustee for the Vermont State College System since 2019.
