This program is designed to train workers in advanced manufacturing, information technology and professional, scientific and technical services occupations that support renewable energy, transportation and broadband infrastructure sectors.
Award size: $500,000 - $5,000,000
Match requirement: 15% required for Scaling Track; 15% encouraged for Development Track

These place-based investments focus on community-driven initiatives to be responsive to community and stakeholder input.

Delta Regional Authority (DRA): Community Infrastructure Fund (CIF) 2024 | The CIF aims to target federal resources toward communities in the Mississippi River Delta and Alabama Black Belt regions. CIF provides direct investment into community-based and regional projects that address the DRA’s congressionally mandated infrastructure funding categories (Basic Public Infrastructure and Transportation Infrastructure) and flood control projects. CIF investments emphasize job creation, regional collaboration and funding partnerships in communities.
