Equity and inclusion initiatives have become a critical foundation for many economic development initiatives: job creation and training initiatives for people of color; neighborhood revitalization in majority non-white neighborhoods; connecting entrepreneurs of color to resources that are traditionally less accessible to them. Evaluating the impact of these programs, particularly their long-term efficacy, is a continuing task for EDOs.
This webinar will discuss what components of these initiatives to assess and the best methods to do so.
