Small city in the geographic center of a robust MSA.

What makes your community a great place for business and people to thrive? If you don’t represent a community, how do you help economic development organizations succeed?

We are literally at the front door of a nationally ranked airport and seaport, with 2 rail lines and at the intersection of N/S and E/W Interstates. Emerging corporate HQ destination. But still a small city feel. FL ranked #4 in corporate tax, #1 in personal tax. City property tax rate dropped every year for last 10 years. 10 minutes to Ft Lauderdale, 40 minutes to Miami.

Tell us about your favorite place/thing to do in your community.

Several of our favorite restaurants are in Dania Beach.

Take the time to develop technical expertise - nobody needs another cheerleader.
