Emerging Leaders

The Emerging Leaders Advisory Committee is a place created within IEDC to accelerate motivated professionals who have been in the industry five years or less on a path to future leadership. It represents an opportunity to connect our current leaders with new talent and perspectives in hopes that we can shake-up convention and redefine success. Do you want to grow professionally and create connections through mentorship and beyond that last a lifetime? Join the Emerging Leaders advisory committee. Beyond training courses and certification, IEDC offers free webinars, conference programming, virtual meetups, and mentorship opportunities to emerging leader members.

Emerging Leaders Advisory Committee

This committee advises IEDC on matters important to the emerging leader economic development professionals and students of economic development related disciplines. The Emerging Leader Advisory Committee provides an outlet for those professionals who have been in the industry five years or less to become more involved in the organization.
