Membership Term
The IEDC membership term is based on a calendar-year cycle, beginning January 1 and ending December 31.
New members joining January through September: Membership dues are prorated based on the month you join and include membership through December 31. When you renew, you’ll pay the regular member rate for the following calendar year.
New members joining October through December: Q4 enrollments are automatically billed for the remainder of the current calendar year and the full following calendar year. This means your membership will remain active through December 31 of the following year, and no additional renewal payment will be due for that following calendar year. For example, if you join in November 2026, you’ll pay prorated dues for November and December 2026 plus full membership dues for 2027. Your next renewal will be for the 2028 membership year.
Proration is available only for new member enrollments.
