Special event opportunities include:

• Conference Lanyard Sponsor (inquire for pricing) - Prominently display your organization’s logo and/or name on a lanyard that will be worn by 1,400+ attendees
• Sponsored Sessions - Provide a 1 or 1.5 hour presentation (depending on the program) to Annual Conference attendees during the concurrent session tracks 
• Sponsored Learning Lab - Provide a 1 hour presentation to conference attendees in the Learning Lab located in the Exhibit Hall 
• Charging Stations (inquire for pricing) - Highlight your organization’s support of the Annual Conference by sponsoring charging stations
• Exhibiting  provides a great opportunity to network with conference attendees during an event  by having either an exhibit table at a technical conference or a booth at the Annual Conference

Sponsorship Packages range from $2,000 to $50,000+ with benefits varying based on the level of sponsorship.

All Sponsorship Packages Include: 

• Recognition in all conference marketing materials (reaching more than 30,000 contacts) 
• Profile on the conference website and the conference app
• Receipt of the conference attendee list prior to the conference for advanced marketing opportunities

The Chairman’s Club Sponsor Package is a year-long agreement with IEDC with benefits throughout the calendar year that include a minimum of:

• High-level recognition at all IEDC conferences during the calendar year 
• Premium exhibit space at each conference
• Opportunity to introduce a keynote speaker or moderate a panel at each conference 
• Full conference registrations and exhibitor registrations to use throughout the year

Sponsored Webinar 

Sponsoring a webinar is a great way to share your expertise with the economic development community and raise brand awareness for your organization.  The Sponsor chooses the topic and speakers, and once approved, IEDC will market and host the 60-minute webinar, as well as manage the registrations and technical aspects  so you can gain to gain valuable exposure and engage with a targeted audience of  national and international participants, 

The Sponsored Webinars are offered free of charge to participants.
