SeonAh Kendall, CPA serves as the City of Fort Collins Economic Health Director, where she oversees the Economic Health Office team focused on business retention and expansion, talent development/recruitment and special projects to ensure a vibrant Fort Collins economy. During her tenure at the City, SeonAh has assisted in the development of the City’s business assistance policy framework, broadband business plan and Connexion branding, Northern Colorado Industry Cluster Study, and the City’s recovery plan.

Prior to her work at the City, SeonAh was Business Program Director and Faculty at Front Range Community College. Additionally, with over 20+ years as a small business owner, SeonAh is able to share her insights and perspectives within the City organization on the development of policies and procedures that impact small businesses. SeonAh has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in financial and tax accounting from Colorado State University.

SeonAh has served on several boards such as Front Range Community College Foundation, NoCo Manufacturing Partnership and past chair of the Economic Development Research Partnership (EDRP). SeonAh currently serves on the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) Board of Directors as vice chair of the Planning and Business Development Committee, Larimer County Workforce Development Board, and the Economic Development Council of Colorado.
