The Meaningful Engagement of Center City Residents in Economic Development: The Revitalization of Downtown Allentown

Online

The Allentown business community is engaging with neighborhood residents, including gang leaders, surrounding Allentown’s revitalized downtown. This includes the creation of the Real Estate Lab, a social enterprise designed to provide the knowledge, networks, and capital needed to help neighborhood residents become real estate entrepreneurs. The brainchildren behind the program are Yusuf Dahl, an entrepreneur and educator whose inspiring life story took him from prison to Princeton University; and J.B. Reilly, CEO of Center City Investment Corporation. This webinar will explore Yusuf and J.B.'s efforts to meaningfully engage Center City Allentown residents in economic development.
