IEDC Mentorship Program

The IEDC Mentorship Program connects IEDC members through meaningful onetoone mentoring relationships that support career growth, knowledge sharing, and professional connection.

Whether you’re seeking guidance or looking to give back to the field, the program offers a flexible, solutiondriven way to learn from peers and build lasting professional relationships.

How it Works

Mentors and mentees are matched based on experience, interests, and professional goals. Each partnership determines its own meeting schedule and focus, supported by IEDC resources and periodic checkins.

What to Expect

  • A short application to express your interests and goals
  • Follow‑up from IEDC staff after you apply
  • A thoughtful match with a high‑quality mentor or mentee
  • Monthly one-on-one conversations over a 3–6 month period, scheduled at times that work for both participants
  • Optional guidance and resources from IEDC throughout the partnership
