Whether you’re seeking guidance or looking to give back to the field, the program offers a flexible, solution‑driven way to learn from peers and build lasting professional relationships.
How it Works
Mentors and mentees are matched based on experience, interests, and professional goals. Each partnership determines its own meeting schedule and focus, supported by IEDC resources and periodic check‑ins.
What to Expect
- A short application to express your interests and goals
- Follow‑up from IEDC staff after you apply
- A thoughtful match with a high‑quality mentor or mentee
- Monthly one-on-one conversations over a 3–6 month period, scheduled at times that work for both participants
- Optional guidance and resources from IEDC throughout the partnership
